How do I book my senior session?

What can I expect and what do I need to bring for my senior session?

We offer multiple senior session types. Please click here to see our menu of session options and what you will need to bring depending on which session you select.

Can a senior retake their senior portrait?

We offer one free studio retake for our Standard and Cap & Gown portraits, however the images from the original Senior Portrait session will no longer be available once the retake session has been taken. Please give us a call at (805) 529–3187 to schedule a senior retake session.


There are two ways to access your student’s portrait gallery!

  • Option 1: If you received an email from ImageQuix, there is a direct link to access your gallery in that email.
  • Option 2: Click the link below and enter your child’s online code. The online code is your school’s abbreviation + your student ID with no spaces in between, which will look something like this: ABCD12345. If you do not know your child’s student ID number, please contact your school and they can provide it for you.
  • Still having trouble? We can help! Send us an email with your student’s name, the school they attend, and their student ID number to customercare@cornerstone.photo or give us a call at (805) 529–1635 and we can provide you with their online code and/or a direct gallery link!

Can I order multiple children or from multiple galleries in one transaction?

Yes, if you are ordering multiple children or ordering from multiple galleries you can follow these steps to pay in one transaction and only pay shipping once:

  • Step 1: Visit the first child’s gallery and add the items you would like to order to your cart – but don’t checkout yet.
  • Step 2: Visit the next gallery. You can do this by clicking on an email link that was sent to you OR if you don’t have an email link, you can click the “View Another Gallery” button. You will then need to enter the online code for that next child or gallery. Then add the items you would like to your cart. You can repeat this process until you are ready to checkout in one transaction.
  • Note: Already logged into all your students’ galleries? Try clicking the profile icon to the left of the cart button – you should see a drop-down menu with all the galleries you have already accessed!

Can my student retake their school photo?

Most schools have a scheduled Make-Up/Retake Picture Day on campus available for students who were absent and students who are genuinely unhappy with their first photo and want to try again. If your child is in elementary school, we advise that you notify your child’s teacher so they will be prepared to send your child to the photo station.

The Retake photo will become your primary image and will be submitted for yearbook at participating schools.
If your child has missed the on-campus Retake Day, you may call Cornerstone Photography at (805) 529–1635 for additional options.

Can I attend a Picture Day or Make-Up Day at another school?

No, you may not attend a picture day at any other school than your own, even if it is in the same district. Students and staff members may only be photographed at their own campus.

How long are my photos available? Can I order a photo from a past season?

There are no order deadlines and we never delete photos! You may order any photo, anytime, from any season at your convenience. Photos taken in the past 2-3 years can be easily accessed using your child’s online code. After a few years, photos are moved from active galleries to archives. If you are unable to access an older gallery online, contact customercare@cornerstone.photo or call (805) 529–1635 to request access to an archived photo.

I purchased my digital image download - where can I find it?

  • Our digital image downloads are sent to you via email within an hour of purchase, unless Facial Acne/Blemish Removal was purchased, which takes 3-5 business days to retouch and be sent out.
  • Still haven’t received it? Perhaps there is a typo in the email provided at checkout or an issue on our end – send an email to customercare@cornerstone.photo or give us a call at (805) 529–1635 so we can make sure your digital image download gets to you asap!
